There are a couple of places here in Alb. One of them is NM Allcoat, and I forgot the other places, but they are in the yellow pages under COATING. There are only about three for four places that do ceramic though..... most just do powder coating, which has no heat resistance characteristics. Hope this helps.

great people, great service, great quality. its holding up perfectly as far as i can tell. this shop does all types of coatings- heat dissipating coatings for piston sidewalls, powdercoating, etc. i plan on doing my rims powderoated black over the winter while i have the stock ones on with snow tires. i would call them or i can do it for you and im sure that you could ship them to him and have them sent back. will ground shipping and everything i would guess they would be back to you in about 2 weeks, it takes about 3 days for the coating process. first they bake it to about 2500-2700 degrees, cooking off everything to bare metal, then takes about 12 hours to slow-cool so it doesnt crack or anything. then they polish it all up all shiny then do the coating, and bake it again same as before and this adheres the coating to the metal. it is then polished with a very fine steel wool and looks great. but u can look at the pics on the site to see it for yourself, its definitely worth it IMHO.
