With the rate our members are proliferating and popularity of the Tiburon growing, it would be inevitable that we have great Pow-Wow and unite the Nocal and Socal Tibs. I envision full day of activities celebrating the Newtiburon wat least 1 overnight stay.
I think it would be cool to have a kind of like a " Burning Man" type of Tibbyfestival. Fireside chat's waxing poetic about tibs and life, with preferred beverage of choice. All the while next to our precious tibs.

Hyundaifixer and BACracer have been planning on meet @ Hearst Castle in San Simeon, in one of Cali's most beautiful and pristine pieces of real estate: the central coast near San Luis Obispo
The date will be Saturday August 2nd. Meet @ 10:00am at the Castle main gate. We will meet & greet, lunch, then posse up and check in at the campsite at 2:00pm sharp. Then maybe cruise or tour Castle till dusk, cook dinner and party all night. Tibs gone wild!

Since we luv our tibs, what better accomodations then car-camping! It's roughing it only for one nite.

Camping is only at San Simeon State Park. Register @ ReserveAmerica from the 2nd link or call 805 927 2023. Cost is $10.00 camping fee, and $7.50 per reservation. Only campsite for about 30 miles. Hotels and motels available if you prefer more luxury. 8 person max per site, per car. Beach is about 3/4 miles from camp. Amenities are "primal". As of this edit: 8 campsites available. Tour time is 4:00, last about 2hrs. cost $18.00. ph for reservations is 1 800 401 4775. Group buy if we get 6 more people who are interested and have not yet booked.
