His car is really nice...I love driving his car!! LOL!! I even asked him if he wanted to trade for my car, he did say he always wanted a Tiburon...but I think he likes his more!! Oh well we can take turns!! LOL!! But it has been fun driving his car for the past couple weeks while my engine is getting fixed!!

J2's are no joke! I really enjoy how mine rides and sounds with the mods I have to it. Once I replace my winter intake with the summer one, mine will sound sort of like that.

Nobody looks at the little black J2 wagon...until it does something jaw-dropping. Such as cornering at 100+ and being in control.

He does have a short shifter I know that much, the rattle could be a couple things...we think one of his motor mounts might be broken and theres a couple other things I dont remember, as far as the tranny I have never had any problems with the one in my 97 Tib...and its still stock and he just told me last nite his is from a 97 Tib I believe thats the correct year!! I havent had a chance to hear or see the videos yet but from what he tells me his exhaust is a lot louder in those videos than it is now so that might be what your hearing too!

2001 tib is the tranny.

Oh an not a glasspack, but a twister, and it had the open cut out before the axle. No tranny problems, first one blew cause no oil. Made my own shift linkcage, nothing on my car is any where near stock.
