P1128,(Is not The maf sensor) Accent 2001 1.5L

Hi thanks for stopping and reading this post.

I own a 2001 Hyundai Accent 1.5L

Problem i am facing now is Code P1128. (It's not the MAF), have been replaced with 2 different brands brand new twice.
The car is having rought idlle and low power hessitation.
If i unplugg IAC or MAF car sems to accelerate with more power.

I have AllData and i have followed All instructions related to this code, theres also a TSB for a P1128 Suggesting is the MAF sensor.
MAF was replaced Twice because this TSB and did not fix the problem.

All monitor are ready except catalyst

I have Inspected the entire EVAP SYSTEM New PURGE VALVE And CANISTER installed.

On the Fuel system I replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter, I check fuel pressure and it is at 50 psi. (Standard values are 49.8PSi)
Fuel injectors were tested listening for pulsations and the unplugging while running, also ohm all test 15.9ohm early in the morning.
New spark plugs.

Intake manifold have been inspected for cracks and vacum leaks, pcv valve and hose are ok, Idlle control valve is working and was tested with a new one to.
TPS seems to be working fine, filter box close right.

Exhaust manifold have not cracks either catalityc and no leaks Bank One Sensor 1 brand new, Sensor 2 was replaced before i purchase the car.

ECM Engine control module was replaced with same model as last resource but problem percist

Today i removed intake and manifold and will be installing new gaskets also the manifold one to. i did not see any damage on any of the gaskets and were tested with tetoscope hearing for noise also sprayed with carb cleaner, will replace just in case.

If anybody have a suggestion on what else i can try will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Bank 1 Sensor 1 Brand New
