im lookin at the headers on the kspec site? which do you think would be better.. im in the process of rebuilding an engine.. all N/A.. so im just thinking in advance of what would be more logical and effective

That second one would probably be a better deal. Either one would do the job. They are basically made to serve the same purpose but if I had the choice I would go with the second. Simply because it goes all the way to the cat. The first one doesnt, therefore you would have to find, purchase, and/or fabricate a pipe that follows back. Good luck though, you have the right idea'r.
