I was reading somewhere that you could put a 1.8 Cam from an elantra into a tib and I'm wondering what year elantra has the 1.8 cam and would it work in my 2000 Tib. Also would I need both cams or just one(if one which one would that be). I don't know much about cams so any would be appreciated.<img src=icon_smile_cool.gif border=0 align=middle>

It is just the intake cam, and it is just from the 1.8L, Elantra or Tiburon makes no difference.

There is .4mm more duration and 8 degrees longer valve overlap.

Leave it to Random to Needlessly complicate things.
