I need help. Im out of solutions. I have a 99 Tiburon 2.0L 4 cyl, When i start it up cold, it usually idles normally, Once i start moving, at the beginning of every gear up til 5th, it misfires. Only when the motor is cold, it will misfire and hesitate on accel.

Things i tried: Oil n filter change, New spark plugs n wires, checked my coil pack and all 4 towers have spark, checked for vac leaks. Have an occasional CEL, Autozones code was P0301 cyl 1 Misfire. After all that the Tiburon still acts up when its cold. After it warms up its fine.

Btw I had this car for a 1 1/2 and its never done this up until about a month ago. I also do not want to take the car to a pep boys or some automotive shop. I got the ability to work on the car at home. Any suggestions to what this annoyance could possibly be???

Misfire

Usually a misfire is either the plug or wire. Not so much the coil.

2017 Hyundai Elantra P030? Misfires

I am getting a P0303 misfire. Changed coils (all) did not help. Had a certified mechanic look at it. Compression test good (all 4, 150psi at TDC). He swapped 1 and 3 fuel injectors, then got P0303 and P0301. Bad fuel injector but since still getting P0303, bad PVC and/or EGR, but Hyundai of this...
