Hi I am currently thinking of getting my ecu tuned on my 2000 lc accent. A friend of mine has a chip writer and my problem is that he can only write 256meg chips does anyone no of the size of the ecu in the accents??? He has had very good results with a 2.4litre nissan pintara, stock 90 kw at the flywheel, after dyno with extractors and exhaust, k&n filtercharger and the rewitten chip, 83kw at the wheels on 98octane fuel. So if I can get some relestic gains I am surely going to try it if i can...

it's encrypted data(LC accent),even the chip manufacturers don't bother trying to 'flash' an ecu. It just doesn't work and no-one has spent the time and $$$ trying to work it out.
Buy a piggy back or some sort of solder in chip.
