First off, welcome to the board. Secondly, I suggest waiting couple more thousands kilometres before you go ahead and install all those parts.

Also, keep in mind that there is no such thing as an after-market part that doesn't have the potential to void your warranty. (by the way, sorry to flame you, but it's WARRANTY, not WARRENTY)

If you install an after-market part and that part has done some damage or created problems in your car, the warranty will not cover that repair. Of course, this needs to be proved by the dealership and often, if you have a good relationship with the dealer, sometimes they make exceptions.

The problems that you are having, I am sure that no dealer will look at it until your engine "breaks" in. So I would say wait until your first oil change and then bring it up to their attention.
