I have a metal on metal sweak in th rear passenger wheel area. I did some searching and some people had some issues with the caliper pin sticking. I called hyundai and they said that it needs the 7500 mile tune to reset the the brakes and fix the problem. Wouldn't you think that would be covered under the warranty. It is going to cost me 110.00 dollars to have it fixed. Any suggestions?

Take it some where and find out exactly what it's doing. Calling them and asking won't give you a accurate diagnosis. I have seen many 2000-2002 sonata's sticking the brake pad in the brake caliper bracket. The only thing needed to do if the brake pads are still ok is take the pads out and remove the brake hardware from the bracket and remove the rust that had built up on the bracket. Then relubricate and reassemble.
