Hi,

I'm new here.. I recently purchased a 2004.5 kia spectra which I believe is identical to the new elantra despite some styling differences. I was wondering if anyone knows of a good short-sifter that I could install on my car (I would like to install a B&M one if possible.) Also will this void my warranty in any way?

Any help would be appreciated.

B&M is good but I would recomend the TWM.

If you take your shifter surround off and take a pic, I can probably tell you if it will work.

As far as warranty, I suppose it might void your shifter warranty. LOL

Hi, I took some pictures. I think it looks like the elantra shifter (as it appears to have the ball and the 'T', but I wasn't sure if the elantra has the notches cut into it?)

Here's a better close up...

Thanks,

Zach

I don't know why it has slots in it; I can take the plastic housing off if that would help..? Also does 'DM-10' mean anything to you -- that is printed on the plastic housing.

I know it is the Beta with CVVT, so....it should be the same as the Elantra, I don't understand that
