its easy, but a pain in the ass... i found your answer by doing a search, you should try it sometime, untill then, check this post http://www.hyundaiperformance.com/forums/topic.php?t=41537 this is the one i followed for my LC headlights, good luck.

be sure to work fast, the glue hardens quick, i had to put the housing in the oven for a short time again just to get it back together. and take everything off the housing that is removeable... squeeze the **** out of it to get it back together, i actually had to stand on mine, i'm a lightweight so i wasn't too worried about breakin it, and it turned out great!!

There is no way in hell im putting my brand new headlights in the oven. Arent there aftermarket ones?

yea, if you want to pay for them. don't worry about putting them in the oven, many ppl think i'm crazy for doin it, but it turns out good. just keep an eye on it and follow those directions exactly. 300 degrees won't hurt them.

YAY just aslong as it doesnt screw them up.

The easiest way to do it is to use a blow dryer and heat up the sides... took me and my friend pat only an hour to do both headlights.
