scanner is pulling codes P0017 - Permanent at one point it was showing code P0365 and p0335.
We replaced Camshaft position sensors and crankshaft sensor. we also changed out VVT and vehicle wont start.
We followed a video on Youtube and tested position sensor connecter and showing voltage on both as 5.3 volts. Crankshaft voltage is 0 with car in on position.
the vehicle will not start.
Question is. What can we do to figure out this issue and get the car to start?

If it's triggering P0017 the timing may be out. Bad timing chain/belt may have thrown the timing out of sync so check the piston for TDC @ #1 cylinder. Seeming you have changed both cam and crank position sensors + tested the VVT with a substitute solenoid you may have to factor in a bad ECM as a possible culprit. Hope this is helpful - good luck finding the source of the no start issue.
