I was just wondering what size wheels the new tib will fit comfortably. I'm hoping 18, and not 19, cuz the wheels I want are 18s. Speaking of the rims i want, will Tenzo R wheels fit? I've been looking at the RS-5 in gun metal, so if anyone knows any wheels that look similar and come in 19 and 20 inch sizes, i would appreciate it (chrome rim of wheels important). The GT and GSR's will come with 17"wheels. I don't think it should be a problem going up to 18's.

We'll have to wait and see... The only way we'll know for sure is when people start tuning them and trying different wheel sizes. I think a 20 incher might even fit. Who knows...

In the photo section, there's 2 pics that showed huge wheel size (I think that is 18 inch and higher)....huge rim that fitted perfectly on the new tib. They also took a picture of the same rim and placed it right beside the 1st gen tiburon.

Cottonmouth and Concept VBS suggested 18s so why not go with 18s?

Keep your pants on ..... the 26 inchers are on the way. Saw a pic of a new wheel and tire from an industry trade show. I couldn't tell what the wheel was, but the tire was a Pirelli.

the maximum wheel size you would want is 18"....anything over that will make the car slow because of greater rotaional mass..

I think the 18's are a perfect compromise between performance and style..
