I know HDK has a reputation for having crappy service but have you seen there page lately.

Talk is cheap!

They can say alot of things, but until I hear or see comments that they have improve from more peeps saying that they got the service that was promised and not,... "its been 3 months and still nothing" I ain't buying stuff from them.
Or until Random gets the stuff that he ordered like a year ago, I'm staying away.

I placed my first order with HDK in July 2001. 4 weeks later my spoiler arrived. Just this week Sam called me back from HDK (still didn't get my refund of the 5% savings or free shipping from my first order). I contacted them more than a dozen times. He said he didn't get around to doing it. So I took another chance and ordered some other products and for him to deduct the balance owed to me from the first order. I'll see when I get the next bank statement, if he actually does what he said! Yes, it's a chance.

i dunno. guess it depedns on what your ordering. i got my front bumper from them in a normal pace. box wasnt packed as well as it should be but they said if it was damaged theyd send another. i got mine fine. since they didnt tell me i had alot to do to put the bumper on they gave me a credit also. got the credit pretty quick too.
