i did a swap with a friend and got a faze a/f gauge and got the dancing light's going back and forth..

this is because my o2 sensors are a narrowband right?

now i'm not about to go spend a couple benjamin's on a AEM uego or a innovate wideband when i already have a af gauge

can i just use a aftermarket 4-wire wideband o2 sensor and then tap the sensor's signal and hope my faze af gauge will read it correctly this time?

the second gen xd's have a wideband 02 sensor i hear..can i use that?
or a bosch wideband?

from what i have found you should be able to take a civic 4 or 3 wire o2 sensor and plumb it into your exhaust further downstream from your current final 02 sensor and wire it up just to run the gauge. and yes it is due to our cars running the narrow band signal. but honestly on the whole subject you probibily won't be happy with the vast readings you are going to get with this gauge and the wideband is going to give you better diagnostic results
