Is the Accent WRC rally car available for sale in the korean domestic market?

To my understanding all WRC cars are specials. They are loosely based on production models, but that is where the similarity ends.

I think that FIA rules require that at least 50 cars are build. But these are all sold to rally teams. There is little chance that a real WRC spec car will ever be driven by an individual who is not sponsored.

The alternative is the group N rally cars. These are based on the showroom models of the Impreza and EVO's, but stripped of airco, power windows, and so on...

A month ago a dealer in the south of the Netherlands had a new EVO 7 RS for sale. Prices start at about $ 60.000,-

I can't rember the site but their is one that sells used rally cars. Unfortunately none of the cars I saw was in the states.
