does any1 know if base model hyundai's(Äccents in particular) come w/ wiring harness's allready installed and just hidden behind their respecticve "dummy" buttons? I've noticed random harness's in my engine bay and am curious about their use...Í would like to install fog lamps and a/c but am concerned about overall cost(esp for a/c)...Need advice please!<img src=/images/forums/snitz/eek.gif width=15 height=15 border=0>

They don't. They have the knock out panels in the front bumper for the lights and the dummy panels for the switch . However, there is no wiring harness OR any place to mount the lights too. You have to get a bar installed to mount the lights to. The reason I know this is because I wanted to get the stock foglights for my Elantra, but it wasn't worth the price. Just get aftermarket ones and either buy the Hyundai switch that goes there and use that or the one that comes with the lights, and glue it somewhere. I believe the Tiburon is the only one that comes with a wiring harness.

Also, from what I can tell, it is only the Gen1's that come with all the wiring. Last Time I was under a Gen2, it did not appear to have all the excess wire connectors.

I think you have the Gen2 accent. The gen1 accents were the 96-98's. But I'm not 100% sure when the accents changed over.
