I've been having a Ruby Red grapefruit addiction for the past 3 months. everyday for 3 months, I"ve been eating 3 grapefruits a day. I love it so much. ONE grapefruit has like 120 caloaries and 240% vitamin C. is that too much Vitamin C? Also, My stools have been healthy but the color is red. I don't know if im eating too much of Grapefruit. I can't resist it. I haerd of its Metabolic Enhancing chemicals and Digestive Enzymes.

Those levels of Vit C are fine :).
