Suppose I wanted to install an adjustable fuel pressure riser on a 2K1 Accent. Would I need to replace the stock fuel pump (has a built in regulator)? Or, will it work in conjunction with the stock pump/regulator?

The purpose of an adjustable FRP is so that u can change the fuel pressure without changine the fuel pump.

Why do u want or need a RFPR??
R u running lean???

I don't think so, but I'm not 100% sure. The OBD-II system checks for excessive lean and rich conditions. If detected, it should trigger a CEL. I currently don't have a CEL.

I'm kind of hoping that I'm running lean though. That would mean my intake/exhaust system is flowin! <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
