Who makes a good CAI for the tibby? And how much more power will one give, compared to just adding an aftermarket, performance air filter?

Not too much power. Normally around 7 hp. I would have to say i love my dragon filter from weapon r. http://www.weapon-r.com

Your best off building your own cold air intake. Take what you already may know about principles of air flow and apply it to your intake pipe. Air doesn't like to turn corners and mount the filter as close to the throttle body as you can. Bring the cold air to the filter, not the filter to the cold air.
