Where can I get all the tibby specifications. Ones I want for example are all the gear ratios for auto and manual tibbys. Is there a reserve on the gas tank? And many small things that I think would be interesting to know

Enter your year/model/engine and it will have 90% of what the factory service manuals have. Every "catagory" has a "general" page that usually has the specifications.

Factory Service Manuals for all Hyundai's can be purchased through your dealer for about $120 for all three books (Volume I, Volume II and the Electrical Service Manual). The Tiburon/Elantra share same book.

I have the books for my 1999, and damn they are handy! I also learned a HELL of a lot from them.
