Ok, I assumed that the change holder came with the center armrest however I cannot find any change holder in my 2001 tiburon. Thanks

I am new to the tiburon so my dumb questions may last a couple weeks, please bear with me

The change holder was actually put in there to fill a hole for us who did not get some other feature. I can't remeber what was originall put in that spot that you probably have but the change holder is a POS any way. It won't hold very much at all.

I think the Euro or Aussie Tibs had a button for adjusting the headlight angle or something like that.

ok, is it the little thing with 3 slots that hold about 5 quarters total about 4 inches behind the shift knob?

Ok, what is the difference between the normal center area and the option armest, I have the option armest but all the pics I have seen all look the same

so what is the difference between the two console options? I payed 130 more for a center console armrest but it looks the same as all other center consoles

Looking in my 2001 tiburon brochure I recieved it said that the option is a deluxe storage area with armrest while the standard is just a storage area? Anyone know about this? Maybe there is an option, if not I am going to go back to the dealer and maybe see if that 130 could come back my way if possible

yes the standard armrest is just a storage area and the deluxe has the change holder and a arm rest that opens into a deeper storage area than the standard one.Now the thing is i had to have mine replaced after a radio installer scrached mine up.the dealer told me the new one comes without the change holder or the lid/armrest and if i needed those parts it would cost extra. i didnt because i had them and just swapped them to the new one<img src=icon_smile.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>
