See that's what I was told but now I see all sorts of talk that 2.25 is too large. Not like it matters now cuz i've had my 2.25 for like 2 years and i'm not going to redo it. You need 2.25" dia. for a normally-aspirated car, or 2.5" dia. for turbo/supercharged applications.........this difference is VERY important!.
