I gots a 92 Excel...and it is not exactly a beast and will take heaps to turn it into one...so I decided to go low, slow and all for show.

I need you help with makin my excel more showwy than it is now.

I would put neons inside and out.
Then maybe a body kit from sharkracing. Lower it a few inchs if you could.
Try to make a paint scheme for the interior and the engine.
slap some 17" on the ride.
Tint the windows dark or mirror (depending on the color of the car and your paint scheme).
Put a nice sound system the car.
Keyless entry and shave door handles.

Depending where you are some body shops can do the shaving. It looks cool but only the people that notice it like it.

if you got 3K, just drop a 4g63T into it, thats not bad for high 14's??(is that a good guesstimate time???) but if you want show.....
