A month ago I realized that my car wouldn't go over 90mph and couldn't hold any speed over 84mph. So, I replaced plugs, fuel filter, and stuff, and had a good mechanic check out the engine.

I thought I had fixed the problem till yesterday, when I realized that its still doing it, and my 1/4 mile time is now 24sec(from 19sec 3months ago).

I think my Auto Transmission is going out. What do you think? and how long do you think I have?

Yes, all of the gears shift ok. However, once every 3months or so, while driving, if I take my foot off of the gas and reaplly it fast, the car will rev in neutral. Then I let it return to idle and it will be ok. Strange.
