As long as your Tibby has a BLACK Shift housing, and not a WHITE one.. It WILL fit.. If yours it WHITE, it wil NOT..

I got mine today.. :) Production Date of December 2000, but I still had the Black one.. Works like a Charm..
Wish I id that as the first Mod...

RC Performance has them in stock for 135 shipped.. 1-800-4rc-FAST I think...

Not sure though..

Late!

Just to clear up a misconception here...if the shift knob fits the stock shifter and/or the SR shifter, it will fit the B&M. B&M provides a billet aluminum shift knob with the shifter as an added bonus, but you can use the stock shift knob or any other shift knob that will screw on to the stock threads. I have a Sola Luna on my B&M shifter.

Miata knobs fit the Tib

Hopefully I'll be able to order the B+M soon. Anyone used the SR and the B+M?

Yep. And I prefer the B&M although the SR is a good unit.
The throw is shorter and the feel is better on the B&M.

The other benefit of the B&M is that you do not have to remove the entire shifter assembly from the car to install it, and you don't have to cut away plastic from the shifter's base plate.
