Even though they're not exactly the same...

Trunk Battery Box and Cutoff Switch Installation. - DSM Forums

This article will help you.

You'll need to buy a dry cell, fully sealed battery and a sealed battery container and some 0/1 gauge wires. The parts will be the same because they're universal, but the placement of the box is wherever you really want. The people I've seen use them usually mount them in the trunk aligned to the passenger seat.

Anytime... Why are you doin the battery relocation anyways? It's almost pointless unelss you're running a fully drag-ready car. Repositioning 20-30 lbs isn't really going to affect much on a D/D at all.

typically you can free up some space for a better intake by moving the battery to the trunk but by the time you factor in the weight of longer cables/battery box your not saving all that much weight and your weight distribution won't be that much better considering an accent is probably something like 65/35 or worse.

you could also try using a smaller lighter battery if you didn't want to move you existing battery to the trunk
I run an odyssey battery that is about 12 pounds and was made for a jetski. They make batteries even lighter than that if you look for them. Braille makes some crazy batteries.

if you have your heart set on relocating make sure you use a good kit that comes with good cables and a decent battery box/mount kit. In my old escort I used a summit racing kit that came with everything you would need to do the conversion for about 40 bucks.

I moved my battery to the trunk on my '00 elantra a few months ago. and added a second one that I had spare. I only used 2ga wire and it runs/starts fine. I bought two battery boxes and slapped it all together one night. I actually moved it to the trunk because I was hoping to offset the weight of all the turbo equipment I bought, gona wait till after winter to install it all though.
