I have Automatic Trans. Tibby with KORE CAI, 2.5" custom catback and Magnaflow performance muffler. I am planning to buy either BBTB or header. Which one of these would give me better HP and torque?

the header probably gives you more response on the HP side. Unless you are going to bore the intake manifold with the bbtb, it shows little effect. I don't think you will have any torgue gain with your 2.5" catback.

i put in the 4-1 header in my tib and it makes a world of difference, it goes from the manifold straight back to the muffler, no cat , no resonaters etc.. the way to go first, then the bbtb
