it was the 2.5 with a stick they got me off the line but i got them when i hit 4th fun race but the only car i raced so far with the new engine i have a 94 eclipse 2.0 engine with no mods

Do you have an Elantra? Is this motor the turbo? Cause my two friends, who happen to be brothers. One has a 95' Eagle Talon TSi AWD (all-wheel-drive for the idiots out there)Just kidding, but anyway, the other has a 2001 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS. The 2.5 has a little bit of work done (CAI, exhaust, short shifter, and underdrive pulleys), the Talon has soo much **** done to it, but still holds the stock turbo. Anyway, the Talon fuzkin kills and I mean KILLS the 2.5 so if you have the same engine and your car weighs a lot less, you got the money in the bag, now run with it!<img src=/images/forums/snitz/evil.gif width=15 height=15 border=0> Cause his car weighs over 3000lbs. [email protected], I didn't realize that he was talkin about the RS.. those have some quickness to them.. I can't say that I have been able to get in frount of one... those are what, high 15second cars? C&D had them a lil slower than the 1.8T Jetta. Nice Kill

I raced a girl in a 2000 2.5 RS and she beat me by a car length at 70mph in my 96 Accent GT. Hers was an auto.

it was a girl driving she had a stick but she said she never raced she even got me by a car length on the start because i wasn't ready but i caught her when i hit 4th by the way its just a stock na 2.0 from a 94 eclipse but there is a big difference compared to my old 1.8

yeah its from a 94 eclipse i only paid 375 for it it has 60,000 on it but thats better than what my car has on it i plan on doing alot this spring i want to try to get in the 11's. i raced a mustang last night it was an auto v6 i caught him in 3rd so i dont think is was a v8 he wouldn't even pull up next to me i guess he was sad that he got beat by a hyundai looking for more people to race everybodys scared of me so if anybody is in northern indiana let me know
