I have very small blackheads all over my nose. Is there a way to remove them all without buying the girly acne kit at walmart?

The first area that needs to be addressed when you have acne and or black heads is your diet.

Eliminate Milk, refined foods, and high sugar drinks and foods. Don't eat fried foods, margarines, or other milk products. Decrease the intake of iodized salt.

2nd thing to look at is keeping the skin clean.

Make sure your pillow case is washed 2-3X/week and not to use any fabric softener.

Tea Tree Oil: comes in a bar and liquid form, use it to clean your face. It helps kill bacteria which lead to the formation of black head.

3rd area is supplements that help aid in skin healing.

Flaxseed oil: taken in a capsule form internally. Helps repair damaged skin cells.

Zinc

Vitamin A and E

The other option is to go and buy

Interesting, what's the deal with milk? And does this include dairy products in general?

As for antioxidants, Green tea is my main source. I also take Grape seed extract to get my proanthocyanidans.

Milk should be avoided, because the properties from it and it's by products can cause oily skin, acne, and promote the growth of bacteria and thus make acne worse. Hope that helps!

I had... well it's back now that I'm sick, but either way... severe acne. Went to a dermatologist and he gave me an anti-biotic and some benzoyl peroxide creams. Worked extremely well, but not much help for blackheads. Even the "Biore Facial Strips" don't do that great a job. Ah well. Win some and lose some.

I am on 3 medications for my face. Monodox, tetracycline and triaz. So far, my face is pretty clear. Im Italian, and they are known to have big pores on their faces, which can make my skin oily, if I don't keep it clean. But the medication has kept my face clean and clear.
