Maybe if you trade it in to a dealership, the value would go down. But if you sell it privately, Im sure you could get more then book value because you can say "Yeah, book value is 6 grand, but I have a kit, euro tails, lights, etc....and that was a thousand dollars, so its worth more and that is why Im selling it for 7" As far as warranties go, the warranty would be affected for the body. Powertrain would not be affected, but the corrosion warranty might be. Lets say your body starts to rust....They can say the kit caused that by bolting it on wrong and rubbing paint away (extreme situation, but the worst that could happen).
