1,000 miles. Stay around 55mph and if you have a stickshift, don't rev it past 3-4000 rpms.

1,500 miles and do an oil change after above.

What ever you do dont rush out and change the oil before you seat your seals. ~500 to 1000 miles is usually good enough for that. After 1000 miles and an oil change you should be okay to go fast.

Any gasket bits and make sure the valve seats are all good. The gasket bits expand a bit with fossil oils and not so much with 100% sythentic. Just because an engine is put together doesn't mean all the parts are done moving into their final resting places.
