About a week ago I noticed I have a "bump" on my wrist. On the palm side of my hand, right in the middle of the wrist there is a bump, it's about the size of a BB but a little bit softer than one. I have no idea where it came from, should I get this checked out?

Most likely it's a ganglion cyst. Unless it's causing you pain or getting too big, don't worry about it.
