You certainly could work in some sort of manual bypass to your turbo and your intake, but space would be at a premium, in fact, all that extra tubing might not fit at all. And is all of that work really necessary? If your concern is avoiding engine wear because of running under pressure too much, then maybe a boost controller is all you need.

There's the beauty of hyundaiperformance.com. I couldn't get into the forums since my last post, but it doesn't matter as others were quick to step up and give the needed information. Anyway, that book looks very good, if I ever get to the point of running a turbo in my Accent, I will certainly get it if not before than just for the sake of having it.
