[AUTOBOT]

It makes a whinining sound similar to what a power steering pump makes when it is low on fluid. It is not the power steering though cause I do not have power steering. Also I do not think it is in the transmission because if I am rolling back and pull it out of gear it still makes the sound.
Does anyone have any ideas????
