I have had CEL for a while now, 2 month, I checked the code came out was P1123 (I think) , which they told me was TPS ( fuel running too rich ) , I dunno if its my tranny already the car has 111K miles on it. Or could it be the TPS itself, and some basic tune up ? When I drive the car drives normal, sometimes it can dies off the start if I give too much gas. It iddles kind of low, like its about to die . Should I just replace the TPS and check the connections between pulse generator, or what , please this thing driving me crazy, could it also be spark plugs/need a change and ignition wires ??? ANY HELP IS APRECIATED

I also had a TPS CEL awhile back, replaced it, and no problems since. At 111k a tuneup would not be a bad idea!
