I am looking at a 2001 Accent 1.6L that the check engine light will not illuminate during key on non-start conditions. All other engine codes are off and the vehicle runs perfectly. The bulb is ok. The six grounds on the ECM connector cable side are ok. There is 12 vdc on each side of the bulb socket. Is there anything else to check before declaring the ECM has a problem? According to a post a number of years ago by DREROB that gives the pinouts there are some other grounds noted but I am not certain what they mean. The manual only shows continuity checking 6 of them.
