clutch cylinder

The clutch on my accent 97 started to sometimes stay engaged when I push on the clutch pedal... Since yesterday the same thing happen more often and this morning, the clutch always stay engaged when I push on the pedal. I guess the problem is from the clutch cylinders. What should I do to determine if the proplem is from the master or slave cylinder?

Check for leaks on the master cylinder for the clutch and the slave cylinder..
