Enter "S-AFC" into a search engine and hundreds of online stores come up. Also, try searching this board. Many topics have been posted about it.

How hard is it to tune. The closest dyno is 5 and half hours away. I plan on going down sometime but thought I could do general tweaking and drive testing then bring my car down for a fine tune.

APEXi recommends that all of their products be installed and tuned by an APEXi dealer. I'd think that anyone with dyno tuning experience should be able to handle it, though. As far as gains, that depends on how far off your fuel maps are right now. The worse they are now, the more power you'll see with a properly tuned S-AFC. One thing you'll definitely notice is that your car will run alot smoother because you won't be constantly shifting back and forth between too-rich and too-lean conditions.
