it doesnt hurt, but if i move it, theres tons of cracking and noises. lately i can barely breathe through my nose. a while back someone told me your nose could be broken and you might not even know. is that possible?

Typically you know when your nose is broken. It really hurts and typically your face in that area turns black and blue. Your sinuses are probably just full. You could always go in and have your physician take a look.
