I'm gonna be installing my Zex kit tomorrow but the kit I bought didn't come with instructions. Everything is pretty simple apart from I am a little confused about how to hook up the vacuum line. I understand what it does etc. but I'm not sure how to connect it.
Please help ASAP.

Also, which jets are which??? They say 32,34,35 and 36 (I think) on the jets. Which ones are which and where do they go?

Any help would be appreciated as soon as possible.

Thanks in advance.

zex only has 55, 65 and 75 jets in the dry kit. i don't know where you got those numbers. check out brendan's site for a install write up. search for his screenname and the link is in his signature.

Brendan's site has the jet numbers matched up with the shot. Zex does not label the jets with the shot...they have the numbers you mentioned.

TK1, in www.zex.com you can download the instructions for the installation and they are very clear and easy to follow. If you have any doubt you must visit Brendan site or you can ask me. Good Luck!<img src=/images/forums/snitz/thumbup.gif width=25 height=18 border=0>

Hey by the way... I'm gonna put a Zex kit on my accent...and I was wondering at what RPM is it safer to use the kit... I have an A/F meter and RPM controled Module. I programed to enable the N2o between 3000 and 5800... Is 3000RPM OK? 5800 is to prvent from going on the cut-off and blow my engine!
