Whats your thoughts on custom headers? Made at the local yocal welding shop? They seem to do the job pretty well but the sound rely seems to depend on the muffler and resonator, i noticed with other cars.

It depends on how they are fabricating them. The best flowing headers match the exhaust pusles to maximize the flow. In other words, they are made to the fireing order. So the number 1 cylinder fires into the next cylinder in the fireing order.... Get it? Say a car has a 1-3-4-2 firing order, the primary pipes should go together the same way, with the 1-3 pipe joining the 4-2 pipe. That will give you the best flow. But people will argue this to the death, but this is what i know, and i believe. :

This sounds interesting, so how will i know which order my tibby fires ? Or are they all 1342?? Thanks
