The main reason why i want one is just to get rid of the air bag.... those things HURT when they go off and sometimes they go off for no reason.... Like my mirage.....ouch

It's not illegal to remove your airbag. As cougart said, the illegal part is not telling your insurance about it.

I got into an accident the other day and my air bag didn't go off, which kind off sucks because I could have got more money from the insurance company and got me a nice custom wheel.

Momo makes some pretty cool stuff but it seems to me like their head got a little too large. Is there any way to get a custom wheel and KEEP your airbag? Aside from just obviously getting a cover...
