Well I bought a 50 dollar programmer from this guy, http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZcx829
then I removed the chips, read the code from it emailed about 100 people about it and had the code edited, then reburned on to a new chip and installed.
Reading the chip isn't the problem, programming the chip isn't a problem, getting the right algorithm to work with the code is the problem and there is only one program that I've been able to find in Korea which is able to do it. Someone talked of reverse engineering, that takes a little while to do from what I understand. So until someone else wants to chip in for this, I'm not going any further.
