I have a 1.5 DOHC in my accent, are the cams the same or is one for intake and one for exhaust?

You have 1 cam for the intake, and one for the exhaust. They both have different specs too.

Here;s the lift numbers from Hyundai Webtech:

intake: 43.2484 mm ( 1.7027 in )
exhaust: 43.8489 mm ( 1.7263 in )

Now here's another tidbit of info:
1.6L camshafts-
Intake : 43.4484 mm (1.7106 in.)
Exhaust : 43.8489 mm (1.7263 in.)

In other words, for a cheap upgrade, you might want to try to find a 1.6L DOHC intake camshaft, as it has higher lift numbers.
