hey doc, i was just wondering how much alprazolam (zanax) would interfere with muscle growth. ie, would lifting before going to bed, which sometimes i take a zanax to calm my ass down, affect the muscle growth(basically is the pill negating the effects of lifting given their proximity?) it being a mild tranquilizer, i'd think so, but im not exactly sure, and between us, youre the doctor, so i thought id ask, thanks doc
