Elantra vs. Tibby Engine

Ok, I understand they each have the same engine in them. However, are they both exactly 140hp? I mean, the tibby has a little more aggressive exhaust so wouldn't it possibly produce a little more hp like .5 or something? I mean how can the same engine in two different exhaust systems produce the exact same power?

OK..... Lantra is going to kill himself!!!! His clutch smelled the whole time, but I will say he can get that thing moving.
