i would like to see alot more stuff for the 04-05 accent gt such as cf hoods cai's full exhaust systems stuff like that because there are tuner guys with little or no money who had to buy the accent gt

Just so you know the LC2 Accent is from 2003-2005 and with the exception of the airbags in the seats of later models are identical. All aftermarket parts are universal for these years. All engine (as long as it's for the 1.6l DOHC) and suspension upgrades are compatible from 2000-2005 Accents.

Yeah what he ^^^ said. I'm working with Rob (4DoorGL aka fearless leader) and with Bradley at Evofusion to get some more stuff together for us. However for any of it to actually pan out we have to have people willing and able to put forth the money to get this stuff going. See my big brake kit post in the Accent forum for example. It got high praise until the price came out and since it wasn't 50 bucks everyone had a heart attack and let it go. This has been the problem that has plagued the Accent owners - won't put their money where their mouth is...

Its kind of hard to get people to make stuff for the Accent. Due to the fact that the people who bought the car wanted a cheap car and basically all the good stuff are all one offs and customized which means they are a high price (because there is no aftermarket because not enough demanding people w/ cash..because people dont have the money and that is why they bought the accent in the first place.). Yes, you can say "I want a turbo kit for my car pre-made for the accent". Than you go to SR and they are 3 g's.

Just my 2 cents. Just be ready for disapointment when you dont see the stuff on the local Honda, Toyota, etc, etc, etc guys car not being made for the Accent. Just my .02 cents. It didnt come out the way its in my head, but it kinda makes my point I want to make.

You bought a low price car and there is no aftermarket because there is not enough demand w/ people willing to pay the price.. if there was, we'd be like Hondas

all hyundai has to do is spice their car's up in terms of performance, turbo, supercharger,something to make it distinctive from the competition

cobalt and Srt-4 offered forced induction and sazzy factory styled body kits and look what happened..strong aftermarket support for both cars

a turbo in a hyundai accent would literally change the car's image.
that pathetic vanilla boring HMC is too worried about doing such a thing,or never considering a turbo hyundai..why??it's because over their image!
