Need to get a little better at the light. When are you hitting the gas? Damn that auto is killing your launchs. Any pics?
Finally got some runs in

My flexpipe is broken so I think I'm losin' a bit of low end on that. I double-foot off the line and I take the trans out of O/D. I found out that manually shiftin the auto makes the shift time slower then when the car decides to. They shift at the same time, around 5200rpm.
The car decides to run out of breath and starts to gently surge around 5500rpm. I'm hoping it's due to that flexpipe. The transmission started makin' a sound like something was rubbin' or slippin'. It did that when I was burnin' out. I held the e-brake and double-footed till the rpm's rose then let off of the brake pedal till the tires started to spin then I released the e-brake.
No pictures of the race. My sister got a couple of camera phone vids off of it, but no pics. I have a pic of my car and a pic of the car racin' me. A 1997 Saturn SL2 SOHC 1.9L 5-sp.......stock. It whipped my arse every time.
